These terms govern the subscription to Inventions Proof, published by 0DATA (SIREN 899851315), accessible on inventions.0data.fr. Inventions Proof provides a technical element of evidence of prior art and integrity for digital works and content (timestamped and anchored SHA-256 fingerprint).
The subscription grants access to the continuous sealing of works and content (SHA-256 fingerprint, signature, Hedera anchoring) and the corresponding timestamped proofs. The service is provided "as is"; it constitutes a technical element of evidence, non-qualified.
49 € excl. VAT per month, no commitment. Payment via Stripe. The first seal is free.
The subscription runs month-to-month. Given the immediate delivery of digital content, you expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right (art. L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Inventions Proof is a proof tool. It does not grant any intellectual property right: copyright arises from creation (Berne Convention). It provides the technical evidence of prior art. The user retains full ownership of their works — which are never stored by 0DATA.
Inventions Proof provides no legal advice. The user remains solely responsible for their actions in case of dispute. 0DATA strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
